FlightCatcherPro
Terms of Use
Last Updated: 26 March 2026
These Terms govern your use of the FlightCatcherPro mobile app and related services. They work alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using FlightCatcherPro ("the App") or our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or site.
When you obtain the App from the Apple App Store, Apple may also apply its standard terms for licensed applications. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's required terms, Apple's terms apply only to the extent required by Apple.
2. Eligibility and changes
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and meet any minimum age required by Apple or applicable law. If you use the App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
3. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law
- Use the App in any way that breaks the law, infringes others' rights, or harms our systems or users
- Circumvent payment, access controls, or security measures
- Use automated means to scrape or overload our services without permission
4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not charge your card directly.
Subscription fees, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the App and at the point of purchase. Unless you cancel before a renewal date, Apple will charge your payment method for the next period at the then-current price, in line with Apple's rules.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (for example, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Refunds and billing disputes for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies, not by us.
Free trials or promotional offers, if offered, are described at sign-up and may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel in time.
5. Accounts
If the App lets you create or use an account, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@flightcatcherpro.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.
6. Intellectual property
The App, branding, graphics, text, software, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.
7. User content and gameplay data
Data you generate in the App (for example, collection or gameplay activity) remains yours where applicable, but you give us a licence to host, process, and display it as needed to run and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Plane spotting and aviation activities carry real-world risks; the App is for entertainment and information only and is not a substitute for professional aviation, safety, or legal advice. Always follow local laws, airport rules, and safe practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or site.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App or subscriptions in that period, or (b) fifty pounds sterling (£50), except where the law does not allow such a cap (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under English law).
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring claims in your country of residence where the law requires.
11. Contact and Privacy Policy
