2.1 Personal Information

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address. This information is used to notify you about app updates and early access opportunities.

2.2 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve our services. This includes:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Form interactions and conversion events
• Button clicks and user engagement metrics
• Device information (anonymized)

This data is collected through Vercel Analytics and does not include personally identifiable information.

2.3 App Data

When you use the FlightCatcherPro iOS app, we may collect:

• Aircraft identification data you collect in your hangar
• App usage statistics and gameplay data
• Device information necessary for app functionality

2.4 Subscriptions and App Store purchases

FlightCatcherPro may offer auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card number. Apple may share limited transaction-related information with us as needed to provide access to paid features.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (for example, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device). For more help, see Apple's subscription and billing support. Apple's use of data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

4.1 Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate our app and website:

• Vercel: Website hosting and Vercel Analytics for aggregated usage metrics on our marketing site
• Neon (PostgreSQL): Secure storage for waitlist sign-ups (for example, email addresses submitted on our website)
• Supabase: Backend data services used to store and serve aviation and airport content that powers parts of our website
• Apple: App distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription billing through the App Store
• Subscription and paywall partners: We may use third-party tools to validate purchases, manage subscription status, or present offers inside the app. Those providers may process limited technical or purchase-related data on our behalf.
• Email delivery: When we send product or waitlist-related messages, we may use a transactional email provider

These service providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we authorize, subject to their own policies where applicable (for example, Apple's policies for App Store transactions).

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
